Carole Delaney

Maitland Accommodation Team Leader

Carole has worked in the disability sector for over five years and has built a strong reputation for providing compassionate, person-centred support. She is the Maitland Accommodation Team Leader, where she supports both participants and staff to achieve positive outcomes. Carole holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and is currently undertaking further studies in Mental Health to expand her knowledge and skills.

Carole believes that every participant's voice deserves to be heard, respected, and valued. Her commitment to person-centred care is influenced by her own lived experiences, which have strengthened her understanding of the importance of advocacy, choice, and empowering individuals to have control over their own lives.

As a strong advocate for the people she supports, Carole is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and continuously improving her practice through ongoing training and professional development. Her goal is to continue growing as a leader within the disability sector and pursue opportunities where she can make a genuine and lasting difference in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Carole enjoys cooking, baking, fishing, and spending quality time with her family. She has a genuine passion for helping others and finds great fulfilment in supporting people to live meaningful and independent lives.
