Our Onboarding Process is all about getting to know you.

Getting to Know You

Our Business Development Manager will guide you through our services, explain how we work, and help you determine whether Flourishing Lives is the right fit for you and your family.

Creating Your Support Journey

Our Business Development Manager and Team Leader will organise a meeting with the participant and stakeholders (COS, Family, etc.) to discuss supports, needs, and develop a plan together.

Finding the Right People

We'll carefully match you with support workers who align with your personality, interests, and goals.

Choosing Your Support Team

If you're looking for someone with specific qualities and there's time to find the perfect fit, we'll either recruit specifically for your needs or invite you to be part of the recruitment process, giving you the opportunity to meet and help choose the people who will support you.

Once everything is in place, your supports will begin. Your Team Leader check in regularly, celebrate progress, and make any changes needed along the way.

    DIRECTOR

    Matthew Casey is the Founder and Director of Flourishing Lives Disability Services, bringing together a passion for people, strong organisational leadership and a belief that disability services should always remain deeply human.

    Joanne brings over 30 years of experience in the disability and community services sector, having worked in a variety of leadership and operational roles including Support Worker, House Leader, House Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, Compliance Manager, and now General Manager.
