Lily has worked in the disability sector for almost 10 years and has held a variety of roles including Disability Support Worker, House Leader, Accommodation Manager, Coordinator of Support, and Business Development Manager. Her broad experience across frontline support and leadership positions has given her a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.

Lily has her Certificate in Mental Health and is committed to continuing her professional development. Her experience as a senior manager and Coordinator of Support has equipped her with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that benefit both participants and staff.

Lily's philosophy is simple: support people the way you would want your own family to be supported—with compassion, kindness, and respect. Having grown up alongside family members with disabilities, she has a genuine passion for helping others. As a manager, she is known for her ability to listen, understand individual needs, and ensure people feel valued and heard. Her goal is to continue strengthening Flourishing Lives Disability Services as an organisation that delivers exceptional care while growing sustainably and maintaining the highest standards of support.

Outside of work, Lily loves spending time with her horses and has a passion for horse racing and animal care. She also enjoys making memories with her young family and adores spending time with her baby. When she gets the chance to relax, you'll often find her watching her favourite show, Gilmore Girls.
